The City Code Enforcement conducts semi-annual weed and waste inspections throughout the City. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure that property owners maintain their properties free of nuisances as required by the Municipal Code. “Nuisance” means a condition of property that constitutes blight, a public health hazard, or a public safety hazard and is considered a violation of the City’s Municipal Code.
